Our client is an area landmark volume brand multi-franchised new car dealership located in Canberra. They seek an experienced New Car Manager to assist in delivering improved outcomes from the frontline staff, and further profitability to the department. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to earn a fantastic income and cement their career with this leading, high volume operation.

YOU'LL NEED
In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a New Car Manager, preferably gained within a volume operation. You will be hands on, process driven and willing to lead by example. You are not afraid to chase down every lead and are happy to utilize best practice in your sales approach. You are organised, articulate and are well presented.

THE OFFER
The remuneration for this role is anticipated to consist of a retainer of around $60k, a generous commission structure, fully maintained company car and superannuation.
