Our client is an area landmark, multi-franchised new car dealership located in the beautiful Monaro region of NSW. They seek an experienced Sales Manager for this well-rewarded, career role. Commutable from Canberra, this position offers strong selling franchises, no Sunday trade and a half day Saturday, only every second weekend. Modern facilities and a dedicated team ready to go the extra mile for their customers await the successful candidate. The town offers excellent restaurants, shopping and lifestyle as well as quality medical and school facilities.
In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, gained within a franchised new car dealership. You will be looking for a career position, be commutable or willing to re-locate and possess exceptional communication skills. You are organised, have the ability to lead a team from the front and not be afraid to chase down every lead.
The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $65k, plus a generous commission structure, company car and superannuation. On target earnings are expected to be in the $120k - $130k range.
