Our client is a city based listed company operating in the Car Rentals area of the automotive industry. They are seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly team. The role is Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm, and offers promotion and career advancement prospects for strongly performing staff. The role is a combination of office duties in the city and customer contact and organizational work at Waterloo. Duties will include:

YOU'LL NEED
- Face to face, phone, email & live chat with customers

THE OFFER
- Vehicle handover inspections with customers

You must be totally reliable, computer literate, well presented, have good organizational ability and have excellent customer handling skills, both face to face and on the telephone.
