Our client is a busy and successful multi franchised new car dealership, experiencing rapid growth in sales and service. They are seeking to employ a fully experienced Service Manager to take control of this vitally important department. The service department trades Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings, and has around 15 staff, including 3 service advisors and a receptionist.
Applicants for this position must have solid and stable franchised dealership experience at Service Manager level, and must be seeking a long term role. You will have very strong financial, interpersonal and organizational skills, and be motivated equally by profit and customer satisfaction. The area has all modern facilities including educational, medical, sporting, recreational and shopping.
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer from $70 to $80k, commission, super and car. OTE to $120k
