Our client is a well established, multi franchised, volume selling new car dealership located in the Hunter region of NSW. They are seeking to appoint a New Car Sales Manager to take control of this vital area of their business. The dealership enjoys strong sales and offers an excellent income stream for an experienced Sales Manager with long term career aspirations. The dealership trades 7 days and operates on a 10 day fortnight roster system.

YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this role must have new car sales management experience gained in a franchised dealership environment, and must be seeking a long term position. You will have strong financial, sales, closing, organizational and people handling skills, and have the drive and energy to motivate your staff to achieve their potential. In return your efforts will be appreciated and you will enjoy an excellent income.

THE OFFER
Salary envisaged for this role will consist of a retainer of $60k, super, commission structure, car, phone etc. As a strong operator your OTE will be very satisfying.
