Our client is a major franchise, high volume new car dealership operation located in the Illawarra Region of NSW. Owing to high demand, they are seeking to employ two additional Service Advisors to ease the load on current staff. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities for strongly performing staff and a friendly working environment.

YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for these positions must have current or recent experience as a service advisor, and this experience must have been gained in a franchised dealership environment rather than in the aftermarket. You will have strong people handling, organizational and R/O costing skills, and also have a full understanding of warranty obligations. You will be totally reliable and be seeking a long term role where you can forge a career and not just have a job.

THE OFFER
Salary will consist of a retainer from $50-$60k (depending on previous experience, commission structure, super and for the right applicant a car allowance will also be added. A roster applies for every second Saturday morning, and this is paid extra at overtime rates.
