Our client is a long established, area landmark volume franchise new car dealership located close to the CBD. Owing to rapid growth, they are seeking to employ an additional Service Advisor to join their busy service department team. The dealership offers modern, comfortable facilities and a pleasant working atmosphere where the contributions of strongly performing staff are appreciated.
Applicants for this position must demonstrate solid previous experience as a service advisor, gained in a franchised dealership environment. Strong people handling, organizational and computer skills are needed, along with total reliability and the desire to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. A thorough knowledge of warranty requirements, coupled with drive and energy will cap off your attributes and line you up for an interview opportunity.
Salary envisaged for this role will consist of a retainer of around $50k, super, commission structure and a car allowance of $10k per annum. Saturday work will be required monthly by roster, and this is paid additionally at overtime rates.
