Our client is a larger dealership group operation located in Canberra. They have a vacancy for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant and / or Assistant Sales Manager at one site, selling high volume, popular brands. The dealership offers excellent conditions, strong selling brands, a friendly atmosphere and career progression opportunities through a policy of promotion from within. The dealership is closed on Sundays and an 11 day fortnight roster applies.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have current or recent car sales experience, preferably gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing, people handling and organizational skills, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to follow up every opportunity. A detailed description of the commission structure is available for suitably experienced applicants.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $45k to $50k (negotiable for strong applicants), generous, multi faceted commission structure, super and your choice of a car or a car allowance.
