Our client is a leading supplier of major automotive components. They are now seeking to appoint a Western NSW Regional Manager for a newly created position. You will be responsible for overseeing the Western NSW Region branches continuing growth and development by managing all operations of the branch as well as delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will be varied and will include administration, staff management, ensuring all company procedures are followed and deadlines met, constant business development including the development of marketing and sales strategies to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
To be considered for this position you will need to have previous Management experience, preferably gained in the heavy vehicle service and mining sectors. You will have excellent people management skills, and the ability to meet and exceed company KPI’s. You must be a quick learner, have the ability to work unsupervised and not be afraid to get your hands dirty when the need arises.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer and will be negotiable depending upon previous experience. It will include a company vehicle and mobile phone.
