Are you an experienced Service Manager who is a little tired of the city rat race and traffic congestion? Would you consider re-locating for the right position? Our client is a well establish dealership operation located in the Upper Hunter region of NSW. They have a vacancy for a switched on, self motivated manager to look after their busy service department. Facilities are excellent and the franchises are popular and desirable.
Applicants for this role must come from a franchised dealership background and must be strong managers seeking a long term role. You will exhibit all skill requirements, such as strong people handling skills, applying to both customers and staff. Excellent organizational ability, ability to police warranty, good computer skills, the ability to maximize profitability, good upsell and cost management skills etc.
Salary will consist of a fully negotiable retainer (depending on previous experience) + super + commission + company vehicle.
