Our client is a modern and very successful vehicle repair facility that can attribute it's accelerating growth to it's exceptional customer service. Due to internal promotion, a vacancy has become available for a talented, articulate and multi-skilled Service Advisor, who is looking for a serious career opportunity. This area landmark operation is on track to double it's output in the next 5 years and requires candidates who can think outside the box, improve operational procedures and grow with the business.
In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous Service Advisor experience, preferably gained within a franchised new car dealership. You will be flexible, adaptable and driven. You are capable of finding solutions to operational roadblocks, nurturing the customer base and negotiating the best deals on behalf of the company. The successful candidate will grow with the business and step up through the ranks, training and developing your own replacement as the need arises.
The remuneration for this role is anticipated to consist of a retainer of around $55 - $60k + a generous commission structure and superannuation. On target earning are expected to fall between $70 - $90k.
