Based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, our client offers a Used Car Department that has massive potential. To reach new heights, we are now seeking an experienced Used Car Manager with energy, drive, and character and to achieve results. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for maximising opportunities in sales and profitability, leading a team, sourcing vehicles, and maintaining high standards in presentations.

YOU'LL NEED

As an expanding business in used cars, they are ready to take it to the next level. The Used Car Sales Manager needs to be highly motivated by building sales and developing the team. You will have the experience to manage stock, profit, presentation, as well as be a hands-on, lead by example, sell/close, inspire, and support your team.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $50k, super, commission structure and car or car allowance.
