Our client is a long established, volume brand, franchised new car dealership located in Tweed Heads. They are seeking to appoint a New Car Sales Manager to take charge of this vital area of their business. The dealership offers comfortable facilities, a friendly, happy working atmosphere and the opportunity to earn an excellent income.
YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this position must be or have previously been a new car sales manager, or be an assistant new car sales manager ready for their next career step. You will have strong management, financial, organizational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have strong selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
THE OFFER
Salary will consist of a retainer around $50k Neg, super, commission structure and car or car allowance.
