Our client is a market leading automotive global software company based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Due to growth they now seek a Dealership Account Manager to bridge the gaps between major dealership clients and the internal team. They will assist dealerships with any troubleshooting and resolving all issues, whilst providing outstanding customer care.
This is a true account management role not a sales role and requires someone who can develop long term business relationships. Whilst you will not need to be a technology expert you do need to have a good understanding of software/technology and internal processes, so you can resolve client issues. In addition you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (mainly over the phone) as well as an ability to work independently, these assets are essential in this role. A background in Service or Sales will be viewed highly and will be an advantage.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 9am -5pm. Salary for this position is will be negotiable depending upon previous experience.
