This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company and industry, working with the General Manager of Sales and the sales team to drive strategic, financial and commercial objectives.  This is a high paced environment and a role that provides great value to Ironman 4x4.  No two days will be alike.  You may come from a similar or alternative background as ultimately, we are looking for the right individual with skillset to join this friendly team.

YOU'LL NEED
Key Responsibilities:

THE OFFER
  • Partner with the GM of Sales and sales team to drive strategic, financial, and commercial objectives in market (team player)
  • Manage and compile customer contracts (strong attention to detail)
  • Manage and Administer pricing and sales reporting (high level excel skills)
  • Facilitation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders (confident and articulate communicator)
  • Assist with company and customer events (flexible and organised)
  • Liaise with Marketing and Inventory Teams to deliver promotional/trade marketing activities (attention to process and timelines)
  • General administrative duties to support the GM of Sales (task orientated)

  • Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams).

  • Ability to learn and navigate new software and operating systems (ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence)
  • Ability and willingness to learn about new products
  • Be willing to be flexible to move and change priorities in order to meet needs of team
Desirable for the role:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing/Business Analytics
  • Experience working with ERP and Data Analysis tools
  • Experience in a product related sales environment
  • Minimum 3 years professional work environment
  • Automotive Industry experience
