THE OFFER
As a workshop leader your ability to recognise systems and procedures that increase the efficiency and productivity in the workshop will be pivotal. Your role will also include the accurate & efficient management of the daily workshop schedule, maintaining an on time delivery, successfully identifying technician strengths and weaknesses in order to allocate work effectively, organising sublet work efficiently and ensuring warranty procedures are adhered to.
