Multi-franchise dealer group is seeking a committed Service Advisor for one of their brands located in the northern suburbs. To meet the high standards of this role we seek a self-motivated and capable Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. You will provide outstanding customer service with the prime focus on customer satisfaction & retention, on-time delivery and working in a team environment.
To be eligible to progress to the interview stage you will have a least a few years’ experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate your success. This means you will have a proven track record of working towards meeting the departments KPI’s including CSI and up-selling. The right candidate must be energetic, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record in making a positive difference.
The role offers a competitive salary package with a base of approx. $60k plus Super plus an incentive structure with an OTE approx. $90k. For the right person future opportunities to develop the career are available.
