Our client is an expanding operation that has seen substantial growth across their business. They seek a New Car Manager to lead from the front, freeing up the GM to work on a strategic direction of one of their sites. Impressive remuneration, an exceptional work environment and state of the art facilities await the successful candidate. This is a role suited to a Sales Manager with prestige experience. You will employ the style of management that is not afraid to "get amongst it", working alongside the team and GM. This is a hands on, versatile position requiring you to lead by example, sell/close, follow up, inspire and support your team.
In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require New Car Management experience and have a proven track record in working with higher end clients. You will be well presented, exceptionally motivated and capable of communicating at all levels. You are looking for a long term, career opportunity with progression potential.
