Our client is progressive multi branded dealership based in the south eastern suburbs. Due to growth and expansion they now have an opportunity for a motivated and professional Fixed Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting to the DP, you will have the experience  energy, talent, attitude, character and passion for taking the service and parts department to the next level. The role includes overseeing three key areas and be involved in managing and additional project. 

YOU'LL NEED
This fast paced, high volume dealership is looking for a strong leader that will be able to support and advance all aspects of the fixed operations in the dealership. The right candidate will be dynamic and  results-oriented with a proven track record in managing an efficient and profitable Service and Parts Department and have strong understanding in managing the reconditioning of Used Cars. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, department structure, customer satisfaction, customer retention initiatives, product/service pricing and overall staffing and orientation of the department. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating, coaching and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share the company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.  We are looking  or a very talented,  experienced Fixed Operations Manager with an enviable and proven track record of performance  within the Motor Industry.
