Part of Australia’s largest privately owned group of dealerships, this multi-brand prestige dealership group based in Melbourne is now recruiting for a Group Warranty Manager to take ownership and manage this department. Reporting to the General Service Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a small team overseeing all warranty work from end to end across several European brands. This is an exciting time for a Group Warranty Manager to assist in implementing structure in this department during a time of change.
To be considered for this role you will have previous dealership warranty experience at a high level, be highly analytical, and possess proficient skills in MS Excel and Word. You will be organised, methodical / systematic and have outstanding communication skills with the ability to learn quickly. It is also expected that you will have a flexible approach to your daily duties, maintain a very high attention to detail and embrace a sense of urgency to meet daily demands. Leadership skills will also be highly regarded as you will be involved in managing a small team.
