Our client is a market leading automotive software company based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to growth they now seek a Dealership Support Consultant to assist dealerships with any troubleshooting and resolving all issues, whilst providing outstanding customer care.They are now seeking two customer focused people with dealership experience who have a decent understanding of dealer software and of IT/technology.
For one of the roles a background in Service and Parts operations will be viewed highly and the second position, previous experience in finance, accounts and pay role will be an advantage. For both these roles you will have hands on experience using automotive management software. In addition you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (mainly over the phone) as well as an ability to work independently, these assets are essential in this role.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 7am -3pm or 11am - 7pm on a rotating shift, with occasional Saturdays required, subject to workloads. Salary for this position is approx. ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 plus Super.
