YOU'LL NEED
Our client is a forward thinking dealership who has achieved success by thinking outside the box. Currently their Used Car department is achieving unprecedented growth creating an opportunity for a Graduate to put their skills into practice and learn from the best. This is a Sales Support Analyst role, ideally suited to Business Graduate who thrives on detail and has the interpersonal skills to work with a variety of diffident people.

THE OFFER
Located at the Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs, reporting directly to General Manager and DP, you will support the Used Car Department in achieving their key objective to grow the business by assisting with all behind the scenes activities. This will include: Managing accurate administration for all pre-sale and post-sale duties, ad-hoc reporting and data interpretation within Excel and dealership software, maintenance of databases, ensuring daily vehicle pricing and evaluations are correct and processes are adhered to. Ultimately you are handling all of the behind the scenes sales administration and analysing trends and results.

Professionally: University graduate - tertiary qualifications (Business related). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written; being able to professionally liaise with all stakeholders and customers. You will have excellent time management & organisational skills; being able to prioritise workflow effectively. You will be proficient with MS Excel. Personally: you will be passionate and interested in automotive with a willingness to learn about it.
