Our client is a market leading automotive software company based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to growth they now seek a Dealership Support Consultant to assist dealerships with any troubleshooting and resolving all issues, whilst providing outstanding customer care.
This is a technical role and whilst you do need to have a good understanding of IT/technology, you will not need to be an IT expert. You will have a solid understanding of the structure and roles in automotive dealerships. A background in Service and Parts operations will be viewed highly, as you will have hands on experience using automotive management software. In addition you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (mainly over the phone) as well as an ability to work independently, these assets are essential in this role.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 7am -3pm or 11am - 7pm on a rotating shift, with occasional Saturdays required, subject to workloads. Salary for this position is approx. $55,000 plus Super. Overtime is payable in this role.
