Our client is a landmark, major franchise new car dealership located in the eastern suburbs. They are well known for winning most awards across their brands. To continue this success they seeking to employ an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join their busy sales team. The dealership offers a friendly work atmosphere and an excellent income level in line with their high volume sales.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will ideally have some experience in selling big-ticket items. You will be expected to carry out sales generating activities, offering high-level service. This means you will have high energy levels, process exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. As important you will be a team player, can listen, learn and follow instructions. To make this happen, you will need to be self-motivated and driven by achievement.
In return, this role will offer a market rate base wage plus commissions and provide a platform for future growth which in turn will lead to additional commissions and incentives.
