Our client is a well-established group of franchised brands based in the Mornington region. They are a part of a larger network of dealerships across VIC who strive to provide the best possible support to their team and customers. To assist them in capturing every opportunity in this high volume environment they now seek an experienced Financial Controller who is capable of joining the dealership leadership team. The Financial Controller is responsible for leading a core business unit across Accounts and Administration.
The successful candidate will have dealership experience as a financial controller, ideally who is a part of the leadership team. You will have a proved track record in providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to create 'best practice' platform and to ensure the company has the processes, reporting procedures, people and systems in place to facilitate continued growth and ongoing customer loyalty. You will have a sound financial acumen - P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow intelligence as well as capable of managing performance dashboards and providing insightful analysis of the numbers. Tertiary Degree Qualifications (in Accounting/Commerce) will be highly regarded as well as CA / CPA qualifications.
Salary expectation is approx. $150,000 plus (negotiated on experience). This is an attractive opportunity to join a business seeking to take it to the next level ultimately delivering strategy, commitment, and quality to a very loyal customer base.
