Based in the western suburbs of Melbourne our client is an RV and recreation dealership that takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and customer service in everything they do. This reputable multinational is now seeking a Sales Manager to join this committed team. This is a rare opportunity that will require you to be both hands-on and strategic to take this operation to the next level.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the frontline teams, working with the factory/workshop and exceed customer expectations. Ideally, this role will suit a General Manager, General Sales Manager or strong Sales Manager from a franchise automotive dealership. In addition, you will possess confident leadership skills, initiative, and ability to implement new systems and processors. As important you will have an unwavering commitment to the organisation's core values based on valuing the team.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated based on experience, however as attractive is the scope to build your career.
