This well-established volume dealership is now seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record with new car sales in a dealership environment. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for managing a close-knit team. This is a hands-on role, and you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, sell/close, inspire and support the network.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have had dealership experience in a sales management capacity. You will have a proven track record in driving sales/profit and maximising opportunities. Also, the successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of KPIs set by the manufacturer and manage internal processes.
