Our client is a retailer and wholesaler of pre-owned luxury, exotic, prestige, family and commercial vehicles, with 21 dealerships across Australia and some 300 + staff nationally. YOU'LL NEED

In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to be a proven leader of sales operations in an automotive dealership environment. You will possess the ability to oversee and provide leadership for all site operational requirements, including: human resources, stock, finance and administration, advertising, quality control, compliance etc. You will be capable of coaching site managers to fulfil their duties, including the creation of effective operating procedures, as well as assist in the performance development of team members to enhance skills, progress careers and maximise successful results.

THE OFFER

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $100k, + Com + Car/Allowance + Super.
