Our client is a New Car Dealership operation based in Parramatta. They are seeking to appoint a New Car Sales Manager to take control of the sales department for an exciting vehicle brand. The dealership is part of a larger group and offers security of tenure, a friendly working environment, career advancement prospects and an excellent income stream. The dealership trades 7 days, however sales staff work on a 10 day fortnight roster.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this role must have solid, current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager. You will have strong management, people-handling, motivational, organisational, sales and closing abilities whilst having the drive and energy to maximise all opportunities for your department and your staff.

THE OFFER

Salary on offer will consist of a retainer of $80k, commission expected to be from $90k upwards, super and your choice of company vehicle or car allowance.
