Our client is a well established, prestige brand new car dealership located on the NSW Central Coast. They are seeking to appoint a Business Manager or F & I Manager to join their successful team. The dealership is part of a larger Group and offers security of tenure, a solid income stream, positive career advancement opportunities and a friendly working atmosphere. The dealership is closed on Sundays and a 10 day fortnight roster applies, with one weekday and Sunday off. Additional income opportunity is offered, with the ability to sell Aftermarket products as well as Finance.
YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this position MUST have current or recent automotive industry Business Manager or F & I Manager experience. You will have strong sales, people handling and closing skills, be totally reliable and be seeking a long term role. In addition, you will be happy to sell Finance and Aftermarket products to both New and Used car buyers.
THE OFFER
Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer around $60k - $65k (neg), super, commission and car allowance. A car may be available in lieu of the car allowance if this is your requirement. On Target Earnings should be in the $120k to $150k range, but it is quite possible to exceed this guideline.
