Our client is a volume brand multi franchised new car dealership group, located in the South Western Suburbs of Sydney. They seek a strong New Car Manager to assist in leading the New Car department to success. This well rewarded opportunity with strong career development potential. A progressive and supportive management structure, abundant stock and very strong on target earnings, await the successful candidate.
YOU'LL NEED
In order to be invited for an interview, candidate will need to possess experience as a New Car Manager, gained within a high volume franchised new car dealership. You are articulate, well presented and capable of communicating at all levels. You are reliable and looking for a long term, career position. You have a proven ability to mentor and lead a team, double close and exceed targets and KPI's.
THE OFFER
The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $80k + Com + Car or Car Allowance and Superannuation.
