Our client is a fast growing Australian automotive business experiencing strong growth and increasing scale. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Group Wholesale Manager to take ownership of wholesale operations across the business.
YOU'LL NEED
This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who has already operated at group level, or an experienced wholesale professional ready to step up. You will be responsible for driving profitability, consistency and operational excellence across high volume activity, while building the systems and processes needed to support ongoing growth. You will work across the business to identify process gaps, solve operational challenges and help the team achieve ambitious growth targets. Where required, you will also provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to team members.

To be considered, you must have substantial vehicle wholesale experience, ideally gained over at least 8 years, with strong exposure across both prestige and volume market segments. You will have a deep understanding of wholesale operations, including the drivers of profitability, stock velocity and performance. You will need strong leadership and operational management ability, along with the commercial mindset to focus on bottom line outcomes. The ideal applicant will have the ability to build and improve systems, introduce scalable processes and remain effective in a fast moving, evolving environment. Previous group level experience will be highly regarded, however applicants with the background, capability and ambition to step into this level are also encouraged to apply.The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, together with a bonus structure linked to performance outcomes.
