Our client is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their busy dealership service department in the Parramatta area. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the department, supporting service advisors and workshop staff while helping maintain strong customer service, workflow and department performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced Senior Service Advisor ready to step up, or a current Assistant Service Manager seeking a new opportunity.

YOU'LL NEED

You must currently be working as either a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager within an automotive dealership service department. You will need strong communication skills, good organisational ability, sound dealership systems knowledge and the confidence to deal with customers, advisors, workshop staff and management in a busy environment. A current driver’s licence is also required.

THE OFFER

A salary of $80k is on offer, plus commission, with the first 3 months commission guaranteed. Expected earnings are around $110k OTE, and the package also includes either a company car or car allowance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership in the Parramatta area and move further into service department leadership.
