Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchise dealership located in Cairns. They have a vacancy for a Service Advisor in their busy office team. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. Cairns offers a beautiful climate and all modern facilities including medical, educational, recreational, sporting and shopping. The service department trades Monday to Friday only, so your weekends would be your own to enjoy.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have current or recent service advising experience gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong people-handling, organizational and R/O costing skills, whilst seeking a long term position. You will understand warranty requirements, have upselling skills and be motivated equally by achieving customer satisfaction and good commission income.

THE OFFER

Salary on offer will consist of a retainer of $70k, super and commission structure. On Target Earnings (retainer + commission) can reach $100k. Weekly and Monthly bonuses apply for upsell, CSI and additional business. A car may be offered for very experienced applicants only. In addition, a sign-on and retention bonus of $2500 is paid monthly for the first 4 months, which will fund your relocation expenses.
