Our client is a volume brand, well established new car dealership which is part of a larger Group. Due to a promotion, they have a vacancy for a New Car Sales Manager to take control of this vital area of their business. The dealership offers security of tenure, a strong income stream and a friendly working environment. Career advancement opportunities are available for deserving staff through the Group. The dealership trades Monday to Saturday, and a 5 day working week roster applies, with one RDO every week plus Sunday.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager, and this experience must have been gained in a new car dealership environment. You will have strong sales, closing, financial and people handling skills, be hands-on in your approach and be able to motivate your staff to maximize opportunities and achieve their potentials.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $70k to $80k depending on previous experience, super, car and commission expected to be around $80k.
