Our client specialises in personalised, printed Car, Motorcyle and Trailer Covers including Seat Covers. They are looking to employ a Customer Service & Fulfilment Manager to assist with business operations. The role is Monday to Friday only, and offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience - answering product inquiries via email, phone and social media. Being the first port of call for our business
  • Order picking & packing
  • Basic warehousing activities
  • Complete fulfilment of custom logo printing activities - finalising logo design, printing media and pressing onto the covers
Further Details:
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred but not essential
  • Experience with commercial HTV/DTF Printing preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Shopify preferred but not essential
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential
The Role would suit someone with:
  • A genuine personal interest in cars/automotive industry
  • Personable skills
  • Articulate phone skills
  • The ability to convert a sale over the phone
  • Experience in a larger automotive company such as Autobarn, Supercheap Auto or a large automotive E-commerce business
Salary on offer will fall in the $85k to $95k range + Super.
