Our client is a long established and well respected New Car Dealership located in Gladstone QLD. They have a vacancy for a Retail Sales Manager to head up this important department in their operation. The Dealership is part of a larger Group and offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working environment. The area offers a relaxed lifestyle with all modern facilities including educational, medical, sporting, recreational, social and shopping. Trading is Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings, with 1 RDO per month.
You'll Need
Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience gained as a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, financial and organisational skills, be totally reliable, be seeking a long term position and be able to motivate your staff to achieve their maximum potential.
On Offer
Salary will consist of a retainer of $85k, Super, Commission Structure and Car. On Target Earnings are expected to be around $170k.
