Our client is a long established, popular franchise new car dealership located in the Ryde area of Sydney. They are looking to appoint an Assistant Sales Manager to help manage the department. The dealership offers security of tenure, career progression prospects, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. A 10 day fortnight (5 day week) applies, with 2 weekend days off per month. The dealership is closed on Sundays.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have strong and stable current or recent new car Assistant Sales Manager or New Car Sales Consultant experience, and be seeking their next career move. You will be totally reliable and have strong people handling, sales, closing and organizational skills. Additionally you will have the drive and energy to maximise every opportunity, whilst seeking a long term, career role.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer in the $68500 to $70500 range, commission structure and your choice of a car or car allowance of $200 per week. Commission of $10k per month is achievable.
