Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchise new car dealership located in the Beautiful New England area of NSW. They are seeking to appoint a Group Service Manager to oversee a specific area of their service department operations. YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this position must have, solid Service Manager experience gained in a large or preferably multi franchised new car dealership environment. The position requires a strong respectful leader, to nurture the current team and successfully motivate and grow a productive, profitable department. You will need a strong understanding of all aftersales fundamentals and financial requirements.
THE OFFER
Please be aware, this role is a hands-on position, closely encouraging your Service Manager, managing situations, clients, and multiple franchises over two Service Departments. These areas operate separate Reception areas and Workshops. There is a real opportunity to grow and advance within the group to other/additional departments & GM roles. Salary on offer for this role will consist of a retainer from $80k to $100k (depending on previous experience). Super, Commissions with a bonus structure also apply and include a company vehicle.
