Our client is a long established, area landmark multi franchised new car dealership located in a major north coast business and tourist hub. The dealership is part of a larger Group and offers security of tenure, career4 progression opportunities, a friendly working environment and an excellent income stream. The town offers excellent medical, educational, recreational, sporting and shopping facilities. Close to beautiful beaches, it offers a second-to-none lifestyle. The department trades Monday to Friday only.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position need to have current or recent experience gained in a franchised dealership environment as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager. You will have strong management, people handling and organizational skills, be motivated equally by customer satisfaction and profitability, plus have the drive and energy to steer your team to success.

THE OFFER

Salary is envisaged to consist of a retainer around $90k, super, commission structure and company vehicle. On Target Earnings should approach $150k.
