Our client is a brand new car dealership located in Sydney's Hills District offering a mix of both prestige and volume. They have a vacancy for a Senior Business Manager & Business Manager. The dealership is part of a larger Group and offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities, an excellent income stream and a friendly working environment.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for these positions must have solid and stable similar experience gained in a franchised car dealership environment. No other experience is acceptable. You will have strong people handling, sales, organisational and closing skills, be totally reliable and be motivated equally by customer satisfaction and your commission earnings.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $70k, super, commission structure and car allowance. On Target Earnings should start from $150k upwards for a Business Manager. Senior BM package to be negotiated.
