Our client is a well-established, multi-franchise new car dealership located in Sydney’s Hills District. They’re currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager or F&I Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a strong-selling volume brand that consistently attracts high levels of finance enquiry. With excellent customer traffic and high finance penetration, you'll enjoy a steady stream of opportunity and the potential to earn strong commissions on top of a solid base.
YOU'LL NEED
To be considered, you must have recent experience in a similar role within a franchised dealership. You’ll bring sharp closing ability, strong communication skills, and a natural confidence when it comes to customer interaction. A strong focus on results, attention to detail, and the drive to exceed targets are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
THE OFFER
In return, the dealership is offering a salary package consisting of a base retainer between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on experience. You'll also receive superannuation, a company car, and a commission structure that rewards performance.
