A large, multi-franchised dealership representing six respected automotive brands is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager or F&I Manager to join their successful team in the Sutherland Shire. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established, high-volume operation that offers excellent earning potential and long-term stability. With a strong sales team and high levels of customer enquiry, the dealership presents a consistent stream of finance and insurance opportunities across a diverse brand portfolio. You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where professionalism and performance are rewarded, and your role will be integral to driving the dealership’s continued success.

YOU'LL NEED

The ideal candidate will bring recent experience as a Business Manager or F&I Manager within a franchised dealership environment. You’ll be confident in presenting finance and insurance products, have strong customer rapport-building skills, and possess the ability to close deals efficiently and compliantly. A proactive, self-driven approach, combined with excellent organisational and communication skills, is key.

THE OFFER

In return, a competitive salary package is on offer, including a base of $65,000 to $70,000 (depending on experience), commission, superannuation, and a company vehicle or car allowance. This is a rare opportunity to join a major dealership group in one of Sydney’s most desirable regions.
