Our client is a well known and highly respected multi franchised new car dealership located in the Hills District. They are seeking to employ an experienced New Car Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The dealership offers modern facilities, a friendly staff environment.

YOU'LL NEED

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, applicants must have current or recent franchised dealership experience at a minimum of Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Sales Manager level. You will have strong sales, closing, management, people handling and financial skills, and be able to motivate your team leading by example. You will have the drive and energy to lift your department to achieve its potential.

THE OFFER

Salary is envisaged initially to consist of a retainer of $75k + commission structure + car or allowance + super.
