As Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for building and leading the national aftersales function for a premium global EV brand launching in Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role plays a central part in shaping the ownership experience from the ground up. You’ll oversee service operations, parts logistics, technical and warranty support, customer care, and dealer aftersales performance. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will design and implement scalable systems, create market-leading service standards, and build a team that delivers exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

YOU'LL NEED

We’re looking for a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience leading national aftersales operations. You’ll bring a strategic mindset along with the hands-on ability to build systems, drive performance, and lead people. A strong understanding of the Australian dealership landscape, combined with deep knowledge of service KPIs, customer retention, warranty, parts supply chains, and technical field operations is essential. You must be commercially driven, passionate about creating outstanding customer journeys, and confident working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with global collaboration.
