Our client is a long established, family owned popular franchise new car dealership situated on Sydney's lower North Shore. They have a vacancy for an experienced and hands-on New Car Sales Manager to join their new car sales team. The dealership trades 7 days and a 10 day fortnight roster applies. The franchise is strong selling and the dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream and a friendly working environment.
YOU'LL NEED
Applicants for this position must have current or recent exp0erience gained as a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment. Assistant New Car Managers seeking their next career step are also welcome to apply. You will have strong people handling, financial, organisational, sales and closing skills, be seeking a long term position and have the drive and energy to motivate your team for maximum effect. You will be hands-on, working with customers as well as directing your sales staff.
THE OFFER
Salary will consist of a retainer around $80k (this may be negotiable), super, commission structure and company car. On Target Earnings could be around $180k.
