Full Time Position

Our client is a well established multi franchised dealership located in the Blacktown area. They are seeking an organised and proactive Used Car Reconditioning Coordinator to manage the flow of used vehicles through the preparation and reconditioning process.

YOU'LL NEED

This is a key role suited to someone who understands dealership operations and can keep vehicles moving efficiently through sales, service, parts, detailing and external suppliers.

THE OFFER

You will be responsible for coordinating used vehicle stock from acquisition through to retail ready presentation. Duties will include booking vehicles into the workshop, arranging detailing and repairs, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers, tracking job progress, monitoring reconditioning costs, and ensuring vehicles are prepared to a high retail standard. You will also be expected to identify delays, follow up outstanding work, keep management informed, and help ensure used vehicles are turned around quickly and professionally.

Previous experience in a dealership environment will be highly regarded, particularly in used cars, service, parts, workshop control, stock control or vehicle preparation. You will need strong organisation skills, good communication ability, sound computer skills and the confidence to deal with multiple departments and suppliers.A current driver’s licence is required, along with a practical, hands on approach and the ability to manage pressure and competing priorities.The successful applicant will join a stable, multi franchised dealership in the Blacktown area. The role offers a full time position, a supportive management team, and the opportunity to play an important part in the dealership’s used vehicle operation.
