Our client is a long established and highly regarded, volume brand dealership group, located in the Parramatta area. They are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable Assistant New Car Sales Manager or Senior New Car Sales Executive who is looking to step up, to help lead the team in this dual-franchise operation. This is a hands on 2IC role with very strong earning potential. The dealership offers state of the art facilities, a five day working week with a friendly, happy working atmosphere.

Applicants for this position must be or have previous dealership experience as an Assistant New Car Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably with a volume brand. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have strong selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer, super, commission structure and car.
