Our client is a long established New Car Dealership located in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs. They are seeking a Trainee Service Advisor to join their busy service department team. Full on-the-job training is offered, leading to a well-rewarded career as a service advisor and later, the ability to progress to management level. The department trades Monday to Friday only. On offer is security of tenure, a solid income and a friendly working environment.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position ideally will have current or previous experience gained in the Automotive industry or perhaps in hospitality. You will need to be totally reliable, have strong interpersonal skills (face to face and telephone), be computer literate and know something about cars. You will be well presented and fully aware of your contribution to customer satisfaction.

THE OFFER

Salary initially will consist of a retainer around $52k (negotiable), plus super. Once trained and you find your feet, you will earn a commission up to $30k based on upselling and customer satisfaction, and your retainer will be adjusted.
