Our client is a long established, multi franchised, inner suburbs new car dealership, which is part of a larger Group. They are seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their busy office team. The dealership offers security of tenure, genuine career advancement opportunities through the Group, and a friendly, supportive working environment. The service department trades Monday to Friday only, so no weekend work is required. A full Job Description is available on request for suitably experienced and qualified applicants.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience gained as a Service Advisor, ideally but not necessarily in a franchised dealership role. You will have strong people-handling, organisational and costing skills, along with the drive to achieve total customer satisfaction. Trade qualified applicants will have a definite advantage.

THE OFFER

Salary for this position will consist of a $70k retainer, super, commission structure and use of a company vehicle. On Target Earnings should exceed $90k.
